Do you move furniture?
Most residential carpet cleaning appointments take between 2–4 hours depending on size, soil level, and layout.
Dry times vary, but most carpets are dry within 6–12 hours. Good airflow and ventilation help speed up the process.
Light furniture can be moved where appropriate. Very heavy items, electronics, and large pieces such as dressers or entertainment units remain in place for safety.
Will my carpets get dirty faster after cleaning?
No. Our cleaning process uses high-quality rinsing to remove all soil and cleaning solution, which reduces re-soiling. We also provide a fibre rinse conditioning treatment to further reduce the risk of rapid re-soiling.
What if my carpets aren’t as clean as I expected?
We stand by our work. If you’re not fully satisfied with the results, let us know right away, and we will address any concerns to ensure you’re happy with the outcome.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Our cleaning services are backed by a 7-Day Total Care Guarantee. If you have a concern with an area we cleaned, contact us within 7 days and we’ll return to inspect it and, where appropriate, re-clean the area at no additional charge. Specific stains or conditions identified as not guaranteed are excluded.
What's the best way to prepare for carpet cleaning?
We ask you make sure the area(s) to be cleaned are clear of any personal items, such as clothes, toys, or other small objects. If you haven’t vacuumed, we can help with that, but additional charges may apply.
